- Get started with PacketSafari SaaS. Our standard AI service uses OpenAI, a US-based provider, without requiring you to operate AI infrastructure.

- Need an AI provider that does not retain your prompts and responses? Ask us about zero data retention (ZDR) options and the account setup for your chosen provider.

OpenRouter Business or Enterprise is required for this regional route. Model availability depends on the selected provider and account settings. We agree the model and supported investigation features for your deployment.
Know who processes your data: OpenRouter handles the AI gateway, and the selected inference provider processes the request. The model’s developer and its hosting provider can be different companies. Your agreed setup identifies the providers involved.
Zero data retention applies to prompts and responses at the selected AI provider. PacketSafari capture and report storage, operational metadata and any separately enabled external tools follow their own policies.
